I believe that the 1976 "My Fair Lady" Broadway revival had Ian Richardson, Christine Andreas, George Rose and Robert Coote, as, respectively, Higgins, Eliza, Doolittle, Alfred Doolittle and Pickering all above the title. Coote, of course, was recreating his original role. Rose even won Best Actor in a Musical that year which was, interesting. He was good, but the role, while a principal, is also supporting, especially when contrasted with all the stage time and work Higgins and Eliza have in the show.
