I wish I could've seen Bailey doing ''Getting Married Today'' in ''Company.'' (There's a cast album, but alas no video.)
Bailey says working with Patti LuPone was ''pretty iconic,'' and her whispering in his ear, ''You're a f*cking rock star,'' ''sorta made my life.''
Another of his acting icons is Ian McKellen, and Bailey says, ''I continue to work in theater because I believe it keeps you really sharp.'' |
