Have to disagree back at you. Ticketmaster and SeatGeek, you just pick the date on the master calendar and you see the entire map, with all of the price points color coded, so it's super easy to see what's available. And Ticketmaster lets you easily change the date from the map itself, which is an extra plus.
Tele-charge, you have to pick the date from a drop-down menu, and then say how many tickets, and then ask to see the seats, and then you get a 3-D model of a theater with no indication of what anything costs until you hover over the seat. And don't even get me started on how badly they handle promo codes.
The only game in town that rivals Tele-charge for ticket dysfunction is whatever Ambassadors is doing at Harry Potter and The Hudson Theater. |
