I suspect there's little doubt of NORTH COUNTRY or MOCKINGBIRD reopening now

Producers will be thinking the tea leaves look favorable.

Maybe one, but probably not both.

Are appropriate theatres available to house them both?

Perhaps, but it comes down to this:

Do I think "North Country" will re-open if it has to move theaters? No.

Do I think "Mockingbird" will find a different theater than the Belasco? Maybe.

Do I think one of the two will re-open at the Belasco by summer? Probably.

Girl isn’t even listed on telecharge anymore. It was a few days ago. But someone posted the casting call for April start—less than a month away.

Mockingbird is more likely to return based on previous gross numbers, but doesn’t seem like anything happening for June start—2 months away.

Very bizarre.

I am only seeing numbers for last week.
Where are the gross numbers for the past 6 months?
Thanks

Go to BroadwayLeague.com. Under the heading of RESEARCH & STATISTICS, click: All Broadway Grosses & Attendance

That should bring up a chart of all the shows currently on Broadway. Click onto the show's title and you get a graph.

If you go along the graph, it'll show you the grosses of the past 6 months, apparently for most of the shows.

So far, it doesn't look like there are graphs for some of the newer shows, like ''The Music Man'' or ''MJ.''

(Anyone have luck finding the info for shows NOT currently running, like ''Girl From the North Country'' or ''Mrs. Doubtfire''?)

And while there's an easy-to-read table of grosses for last week, I didn't see similar tables for the previous 6 months.

The site says it's ''aware of some display issues on the graph'' and ''search results'' and is working to correct them.

That's what dramedy means by "My favorite Monday pastime is back."

Technically you corrected my misspelled word in a quote—is that allowed by grammar police? 😜

As a fan of both, I'm hoping you're correct. My fear is: Girl from the North Country would have trouble finding an audience in any economic climate. As much as I love the show, I think it's a challenge to market; the Dylan songs tethered to a Depression narrative isn't a quick log line -- not an out of towner's must-see -- and as someone said to me, "It's good, really? It just sounds depressing." That depresses me, but it's not surprising.

Hoping for its return, so that Tony nominations will at least give it the street cred it earned.
