| The title is meant to be understood both ways, with the acronym being the foremost understanding. It’s reasonable to presume that the audience understands that CODA means Child of Deaf Adults, as it is a common phrase, and one used frequently during last year’s Oscars race, because Paul Raci is a CODA. |
