So if this has nothing to do with vaccinations, why does Moulin Rouge require the following: "Due to their close proximity to the stage and performers, Can Can! ticket holders at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre must be fully vaccinated and wear a KN95 or a KF94 mask at all times." Seems to me they are justifiably worried about transmission in the theater.
