I'm with you on that! Just take a walk through the theatre district or along Ninth Avenue ( In Hell's Kitchen) and you'll understand why numbers are up. Hordes of people (tourists and locals alike) are unmasked and behaving like it's over. While on my way to see a friend, I had to dodge folks left and right. Quite unnerving.
