| I think Beanie's casting is an embarrassment BUT I don't think you need to look for conspiracies. As MockingbirdGirl said, the producers saw something. Probably they thought she'd sell tickets... and she has. Funny Girl is selling extremely well at a time when many other things are not. The producers appear to have been correct... at least for the time being. |
