The production happened because he wanted to do it, and is raking in money because he's in it.. So he can stay as long as he wants, and he doesn't yet have a date in mind that he'll be tired of it.
Yes, his initial contract is certainly finite, and he surely has other obligations, but he and the producers will be happy for him to stay as long as he can and wants to.
(And, presumably, the production wants to continue selling tickets based on the idea that he'll be there, so they don't want any end dates bandied about, for any reason.) |
