| I don't know, and I still have not seen the language agreed to. (Is it available? I haven't been looking but also haven't see anything but the summary.) I can imagine that the agreement might relate to workplace issues (present and future) and that a settlement is by definition after the fact so still ok, but I reiterate that I have no idea. |
