| I think the quote marks used around "review" are appropriate. That's how Jesse annointed his postings - his threads were consistently entitled beginning "My Review Of ... [and the show title], and then he went on aping Ben Brantley's style, indeed "as if he was a professional critic". His self important writing style irked me disproportionately (especially when it was clear he did didn't know what the hell he was talking about), so I ultimately stopped clicking on his threads. |
