| I agree with that. Neil Patrick Harris is very talented, but has a veneer of ... insincerity is the wrong word, but he's often kind of commenting on his own performance while he is performing. He's very aware that an audience is watching him. It works for a character like Hedwig, but I think Brian D'Arcy James can do a type of open-hearted, all-embracing sincerity that is different from Neil Patrick Harris's energy. |
