Whoopi Goldberg (with ''Thoroughly Modern Millie'') and John Legend (with ''Jitney'') completed their EGOTs by producing a Broadway show.
And what a difference a year makes for Stephen Brackett. Currently, he's a Tony nominee for directing ''A Strange Loop,'' the most Tony-nominated new musical of the season. But last year, Tony nominators totally snubbed ''The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical,'' which he also directed. |
