One year they omitted the vocalist and just had the orchestra play. I loved it. I just want to see the names and remember and honor those whose work enriched my life. I don't want to see (or hear) a singer and have to strain to see a name passing by and I don't want to think about what or how well the vocalist is doing. I think On the Street Where You Live would have been a highly effective choice as an instrumental.
