broadway performers are tested multiple times per week. so if he tested negative on saturday, he was cleared to go on sunday. but if he then was tested on sunday or early monday and is now showing positive, he has to sit out again. we don't know if he's symptomatic.
there is also this interesting thing known as a threshold.... if his viral load was below a certain level, it would show as negative, but once it goes above that and flips to positive, he's out. |
