| Fully agree; it was nothing less than a triumph for DeBose. And going in, I was close to "meh." On air, she had the wow factor, the pure talent, and a discipline to her performance and hosting that was exemplary. She truly represented Broadway -- her hosting was earned -- and it gave her an authenticity that informed everything she did. |
