| I think they were wise to keep the hellcat in the bag: now that I’ve heard the song (good but not great) and seen the performance (ferocious and divine); and now that Joaquina has her Tony; and now that we all know the endpoint of the story (integration is problematic because, I’m presuming, white people); I think they can just “let it close”. |
