I just listened to it again and you're absolutely right: The only melisma was the one near the end. That one melisma really turned me off because it's the kind of thing that calls attention to the singer and I find it self-indulgent. I realize others find these types of melisma expressive, I don't. I guess that just distorted my whole memory of the performance. So, yes, I did exaggerate, and I apologize for that.
