| I don't mean this in a negative way, but I have very little doubt that any major shows being done at Encores that were written as or notably starring white people originally and traditionally will have one or many of the lead roles cast with poc actors. I think if they ever did Producers (a show that is the farthest thing from under-appreciated, and has a score that is over-celebrated because of the show its in than it deserves to be) Max would not be played by Lane or any white actor. |
