| What in the name of Bow Bells would make Neil Patrick Harris "perfect" for the role of a slimy, predatory London Jewish criminal mastermind? He's a preternaturally clean-scrubbed, ironic, snarkyAmerican know-it-all who has used those qualities to great effect. A talented guy who might be "interesting" in the role, but "perfect"? He squeaked by as the older Savile Row tailor in It's a Sin, but Dickens' Fagin seems a s t r e t c h. |
