| Those who chose to attend rather than cancel naturally did not miss Hugh Jackman as they knew what they were getting and were looking forward to the performance. I'm curious: how was the chemistry between Max and Sutton? Did they seem connected? I saw Max as the anvil salesman and at another performance as Marcellus and thought he did a great job, especially in the latter role, which highlighted his dancing ability. A Broadway site was offering lottery tickets at $76 to the show every hour today to fill up the many refunded seats. Did the audience look full? |

Was the performance truer to the integrity of the musical than Jackman? - aleck 09:36 am EDT 06/15/22 |
