| Goodspeed did it in 1980, with a cast that included Joe Masiell and Marilyn Cooper. But I haven't of any in more recent times. I wonder if Kander and Ebb were happy to leave it alone. IIRC, Ebb has some scathing things to say about it in William Goldman's The Season. |
