I loved it (spoiler, I guess)

I thought it was so well done, with a superb cast all around.

The only comment I had read beforehand was something about how kids who swear aren't funny. That made it sound like a gimmick. But it's Sarah Silverman, who pushes boundaries, and I'm sure that's what she was like as a child. I don't know how close the whole musical is to the details of her actual life. The show does have crude elements. But I thought the characters were well defined and interesting.

(Also, someone somewhere, maybe a review, said it would be a better show without the "brother who died" part. But that part is true, and I'm sure that, and her parents' reactions, shaped Silverman significantly.)
