Aisle Transfer seats...meaning?

I’m cruising around a site called seatgeek to which I was directed from the INTO THE WOODS site to buy tickets for INTO THE WOODS.
I think I would like to bring my companion in and put her wheelchair into an empty-chair place. I cannot tell if that’s do-able. If not, I could fold up the wheelchair and help her get into a regular seat.
HOWEVER...
The site lists wheelchair accessible seats as well as aisle transfer seats. Plus there are seats for the companion. What do these terms mean? Aisle transfer? Wheelchair accessible?

I found out that there aren’t steps into the theatre or for getting around in the orchestra, so that’s good. I’m just not sure what these terms mean. I can’t find a phone-line for the theatre. When I stopped by the theatre Saturday, nobody was in the box office. They were in the load-in process.
