| I loved it. So odd and weird. I think Hecht is our greatest living stage actress. It was gorgeous. Last production of Cherry Orchard had such an ugly set, this was beautiful. Not sure if I got what they were trying to do, but I enjoyed it all. It's my favorite Chekhov play, so I guess I was predisposed to like it, but I didn't know what to expect. But I loved it. |
