| Maybe you can call Telecharge-Customer Service and ask them if you can buy tickets for another date ( of your choice) and then ask them to cancel the original tickets? But you will have to execute the new purchase transaction first before asking for the cancellation ( but you can inquire if this can be done). That way, Telecharge suffers no loss. Maybe you can say that you are unable to get to NYC on the original date but would like to see the show on another date? |
