Thank you for the responses regarding my wanting to exchange The Music Man tickets for a date when Sutton Foster is back in the show. When I called Telecharge this morning the rep adamantly informed me that there are no ticket exchanges as per the producers. I asked to speak with a supervisor who then gruffly stated "No Exchanges", then I asked to speak with his supervisor who rudely informed me that there's nothing he can do as the decision is not up to him. I stated that this is poor customer service and he hung up on me and the call was ended. This is extremely poor customer service and really sad as my friend really wanted to see Sutton in the role. I am going to go to the box office and reattempt to request an exchange for the tickets.
