I didn't see Skeleton Crew either, but I remember there was surprise by some on the message boards when Rashad was determined to be Featured, so the role must be pretty large.
I think Kenita Miller, who was fantastic, missed the last two weeks of her show, but that was two of the four weeks after the Tony nominations were announced, and the show only ran 10 weeks in total. I wonder if her chances were also hurt by the fact that the woman who played that same role at the Public in fall 2019, Jayme Lawson, was very different but also fantastic, and with the new system, the voter who was eligible to vote in that category had a pretty high likelihood of having seen Lawson as well. The other four women in the category may have been affected by vote splitting, since there were 2 from POTUS and 2 from Clyde's.
I thought John-Andrew Morrison might win Featured Actor, but A Strange Loop didn't get as much support as I had anticipated in general. My personal opinion is that L Morgan Lee, while very good, was not doing anything particularly exceptional in a pretty small role. My personal vote in that category would have been Jennifer Simard, but I think LuPone and Sam Mendes were the lockiest locks of the night.
