I saw it in its pre-Broadway run in D.C. Must have been in the 4-6th row, so I enjoyed watching KH act. My only memory of the play is when Kate got entrance applause-she waved her hands indicating to the audience to stop applauding. She turned around, left the stage and 30 seconds later, cam back out and started the play from the top. Doesn't say much for the play if that is all I could remember, though I do remember Dorothy Loudon sitting around a lot (and not moving) which in retrospect is ironic since her next play NOISES OFF had a lot of physical comedy.
