| This post spawned some moments of cleverness but let's not lose sight of the fact that the unions are doing all of this stuff reactively rather than proactively. Where were they when this credit risk on steroids aka Garth presented in the first instance? And why were they not on this when obligations were not met. In a typical business environment, letting a bad credit risk/known fraudster continue to rack up receivables into six figures would result in heads rolling. Who was asleep at the switch? |
