I couldn't agree more: about the show's achievement, the resemblance to Fun Home, the unsatisfying ending, and most especially, Bryonha's stellar performance overall and in the song 'Wallpaper' - I'd buy a cast album just for that number!
It will be interesting to see what happens with the show next, especially as at The Goodman it was a last-minute replacement for The Outsiders once that show ended up switching to La Jolla for it's World Premiere. |
