| ...but sort of, I don't. Anyone working with or for Garth is aware what they are getting into. It's like investing with Madoff after his arrest. You don't exactly deserve to get screwed, but you were aware that there was a strong likelihood he'd run a really shady operation. The Livent shenanigans, of course, were not his first fraud. |
