| Did you feel you got your money's worth? I saw this with all the "names" performing, and it was wonderful and if there were a full production of sets it would have been restaging to match the original astonishing production. But this is essentially unfortinately a very bare bones "in one" production that does not merit top full production pricing unless the entire superb "name" cast is performing. I feel sorry for the cast and audiences that are anticipating seeing the "name" cast instead are paying top dollar for the B Team. I was planning on going back to see Cheyenne Jackson in this, because it seems like inspired casting, but there is no way I would buy a ticket beforehand at this point given the rampant Covid numbers in this company. |
