Obviously we can only provide anecdotal evidence, but I'll add mine to the pot. Hopefully others will also chime in as well, you can get a sense of the broader landscape:

I attended MJ this week - my 1st Broadway show since the new mask policy - and from looking around me in the Orchestra, I'd say the audience was about 60% UNmasked, 40% Masked. I double-masked with a surgical + KN95, which I believe is said to offer a reasonable amount of protection for the wearer.

However, if you have a vacation planned, I honestly wouldn't risk it. I went on a big vacation back in January, right at the height of Omicron - my partner and I weren't able to reschedule the trip without losing a lot of money, so we just lived like hermits in the 1-2 weeks leading up to the trip. I actually passed up FREE tickets to shows I was excited to see, because I figured it wasn't worth the risk of having to cancel the trip. Again, this was during the heights of Omicron, and back then people were still wearing masks in the theatre. So if I had a trip coming up now, I personally would not attend a Broadway show. (incidentally, we also managed to escape COVID on the trip itself, despite being around lots of crowds)

Keep in mind also that many of the off-broadway non-profits are still requiring masks, and even vaccination proof. So you might feel safer in that setting.
