| When we talk about post-pandemic theatre-going, in addition to recognizing that some people are not/will not go back inside a theatre and that has some effect. But another variable that we have discussed here is that some people are willing to go back but only for shows that are "feel good." I think that's a significant factor here. Then, of course, there is Sondheim's death and the reviews don't hurt either. But my pre-transfer bet would probably have been the same as yours. |
