I'm sure I've been wrong about many shows over the years. Those probably mostly fall into the category of shows I saw in previews on Broadway and loved, but they ended up having short runs.
As for what I've seen in Chicago pre-Broadway, I thought Tootsie would be a major hit on Broadway and I thought The Cher Show would close more quickly than it did.
