Noise/Funk was recorded live in its theater as was the Encores Pipe Dream. At least one number from the Cabaret revival with Natasha Richardson was also recorded from an actual performance.
BTW, a friend of mine (and a former ATC-er) was part of that Pippin number, but I don't remember where it was recorded.
