Cheyenne played Caleb, the ghostly nightclub owner, and the show spotlighted Jackson's singing and showmanship. Below is one of his splashy musical numbers that I bet led to his Daytime Emmy nomination for the Netflix show. (Also, he recently competed as the Prince on Fox's ''The Masked Singer,'' disguised in a regal frog costume, and finished in 3rd place.)

Jackson played this rock star getting death threats, and yes, he did get to sing, in the US version of LIFE ON MARS. Laura in LA, who liked the British version better, but thought Cheyenne was a hoot
