| It's very entertaining, even moving at times, and the writer and star's enthusiasm is infectious. It includes a tribute to Patti LuPone that is amusingly up-to-date. But as the review in the Times pointed out, it's a little old-fashioned. The material would have been edgy 20 or even 30 years ago. |
