Just found this 65 minute film accidentally on YouTube. Music by Billy Rose. Interesting plot, how an entertainer helps to manage a boxer….. uhh, The Main Event film inspiration? Also, near the beginning, the boxer tells Fanny, “you know, you’re a funny girl.” Also there’s a big production number called “Kickin a Hole in the Sky” and I could help but think of ‘Great Day’ from Funny Lady.

Thanks for the link. I'm also sure the Swan number in this film was the inspiration for the Swan Ballet number in the Funny Girl movie.
