| JK Simmons was part of the very hard-working cast of the entertaining take off on the Ring Cycle (Wagner, not Tolkien :-) ) Das Barbecu and he sang splendidly. I like your suggestions for these two wonderful actors, raydan. How about pairing them as Big Daddy and Big Mama? |

| My partner is a huge action/sci fi screen fan and after the first episode he was bored and doubtful about the series. I was immediately drawn to both leads characterizations and now, of course, he’s hooked. I’m a huge Simmons fan but Spacek is right there on the screen showing all sorts of nuances and depth in her character, I find her a fascinating actress. Would love to see her on stage in Driving Miss Daisy, On Golden Pond or Trip to Bountiful. Unfortunately, Prime video has announced there will not be a second season of the series. | |
