| Prices are set by local presenters, not the show/producers. And in most markets, non-eq shows I've toured with have had lower ticket prices than Equity shows. Maybe not by much, but usually lower, especially in mid-size markets. SF, however, is almost always expensive no matter the show and that's mostly because the city has much higher costs across the board than other similar markets. |
