| Beautifully made. Welles is a very fine Falstaff. Gielgud and Keith Baxter are superb as Henry and Hal. | |

| Thanks so much for sharing - had read that THE THIRD MAN & THE LADY FROM SHANGHAI would be on tonight, & now we have a true feast left streaming for a while on TCM's site! Btw just got through watching, for the first time, most of Dana Andrews' films on there...dearly wish I had been alive/old enough to have seen him onstage. He took over for over a year from Henry Fonda in TWO FOR THE SEESAW, & later did a LOT of plays with his wife in stock, etc. Beautiful man & talent with so much going on below the surface. | |
