| I think if you look through threads around here in general, you'll see first names OR last names used quite randomly. I'm not sure what you're reacting to. Also, Lea Michelle is obviously very much a part of current Broadway news - despite Lea DeLaria being in POTUS, she by herself is not really a hot topic right now. If the thread had been "All about Patti," would you be all bent out of shape because you thought it would be about Ms. Cohenour??? Must be a slow news day. Or just another hot day. :-) |

| According to what has been published: The show wasn't selling well Lea said she was interested They signed Lea and then set Beanie's closing at September 25th; Lea would open on September 27th Beanie was embarrassed and chose to leave the show on July 31st Producers moved Lea's start date to September 6th and gave Benko the month of August. |

| One more time: the production as cast wasn’t selling tickets. The show fell $326k in one week and remained in that general box office window. The advance dried up. This seems to be a point that’s still evaporating from discussion. This past week on Facebook, “It was a sellout and they fired her!” No. It doesn’t take much digging to quickly scan the week to week box office. | |
