| Yes, they do. I doubt they were aware of this until after the first performance (Friday) but I feel confident a cease and desist letter was sent before Saturday's second and final performance. As a practical matter, enjoining the production requires a court to act and all of this happened on a weekend. They will still, of course, have a remedy for money damages. |
