I don't disagree, but I do think it's funny that you're painting someone in their late 30s/early 40s as "looking back on his life"... unless one is very ill, that is not an age when your life story is written. But I don't really see the show as someone writing their life ahead of them, but about looking at it currently and of the past. But I do agree with both of us (ha) that it is firmly written from the POV and life experience of someone who is in their mid 20s, and that's very different in many ways from 10 to 15 years later into life.
But also wow, you got pretty nasty there at the end. I'm going to avoid snapping back and just enjoy my evening.
