As to who... LMM does, the DG does, the Mouse does. Productions on any level that steal IP are actually a very big deal, and I think this is a case in which the high profile presents a great vehicle for doing something about this cancer.
As to parody, not even close. No competent IP lawyer would make that argument.
And regarding the other post about "higher profile," I did not say what I said to engage in a pissing contest so I'll just say that I don't think those examples are close either. |
