1) Viewing records are not kept indefinitely; someone who waited ten years to watch something twice would most likely have nothing to worry about. (I'm being a little tongue-in-cheek there . . . generally speaking, the rule is enforced when someone tries to abuse it.)
2) The forms viewers are asked to fill out at the desk have not been substantially updated, except for TOFT's hours of operation. At some point in the future that question may be reworded. But library administrators are still interested in how the archive is used. |
