I was 99% sure that's who I saw in Shockheaded Peter but it was so long ago: 25 years for me (I think I saw it at the Lyric Hammersmith in on of its earliest incarnations). As dark as INTO THE WOODS is compared to most musicals, it has often had a patina of softness and gentleness and I expect given Gilliam's film work this one will hew closer to the original Grimm sensibility of weirdness and sinister undercurrents.
