"I wasn't fired, I quit!" seems pretty thin grounds for a charge of defamation. She does not dispute the main contention of the story: that she and the production parted ways due to vaccination protocols.
In any event, she'd have to be able to demonstrate that the Post knew it was false and demonstrated reckless disregard or "actual malice" by publishing, and I don't see that happening.
But the fact that she's gone from Broadway to a literal clown show is all kinds of hilarious. Metaphor alert! |
